A big part of my philosophy lies in noticing the unique attributes of each person I encounter. I was introduced to the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment several years ago, and have incorporated my own strengths into my day-to-day work. With 'Ideation' as my top strength, you can expect strong collaboration skills and creative problem-solving.
